Email CBSA, RCMP & GAC to demand a full investigation and visa revocation into IDF soldiers who served during the Gaza genocide currently touring Canada We call on:
1-CBSA to screen, investigate, and enforce inadmissibility for any individuals potentially implicated in violations of international humanitarian law.
2- RCMP to use its authority under the Crimes Against Humanity and War Crimes Act to investigate any potential involvement in war crimes or other serious international offences.
3-GAC to ensure Canada’s foreign policy aligns with its international law obligations and to prevent Canada from becoming a platform for individuals involved in alleged war crimes.
