CMPAC prepared a formal submission to the Special Rapporteur titled Addressing Systemic Islamophobia and Anti-Palestinian Racism in Canada, identifying gaps in existing federal anti-racism measures and outlining 13 recommendations for institutional reform.

The submission calls for a federal implementation and accountability framework on Islamophobia, stronger independent oversight of national-security and border-enforcement practices, reform of discriminatory charitable and financial regulation, improved data collection and complaint mechanisms, and sustained investment in community-led anti-racism initiatives.
